i.     Potential subdivision and required minimum sq. ft. of house?

b.     Email: Susan Pitely, of NY DOT – inquiring on old railroad bridge over U.S Rt. 20

i.     Emailed back stating we were unaware of any village/town trails. Did mention potential snowmobile trail.

a.     Caleb Wertenbaker, of Glensfoot Farm LLC- Major Subdivision request. ~58 acres w/ outbuilding on Rt. 54

i.     All paperwork has been submitted.

ii.    Public Hearing.

b.     Leonard Press: Subdivision request on Willie O’neil Rd.

i.     No Activity

c.      Officer Elections and Member Appointment

i.     Sent message to both town and village. No response.

d.     Status of Internet access to the Community Room.

i.       Booster update needed.

e.     Village Comprehensive Plan status: ON HOLD

i.     Letter sent on May 19, 2023 to Village Board requesting “…guidelines and specific directives for the writing of the comprehensive plan.”
